In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

To register and maintain an active account on lim4d, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your membership:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. lim4d strictly enforces its minimum age policy. Any account found to belong to a person under 21 will be immediately suspended, all pending withdrawals cancelled, and any funds returned in accordance with applicable anti-money-laundering procedures.
• Residency: You must be a resident of Indonesia. lim4d's products, payment integrations, and customer support infrastructure are configured specifically for Indonesian players. Members accessing the platform from Prohibited Territories do so at their own risk and lim4d accepts no liability in that context.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Persons who are legally incapacitated, under guardianship, or otherwise restricted from entering contracts are not eligible to register.
• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one lim4d account. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account suspension and forfeiture of any balances held across the duplicate accounts.
• Not a Compulsive Gambler: You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list or have voluntarily requested exclusion from lim4d or any associated platform. If you believe you may have a gambling problem, you must not register. See Section 7 for our responsible gaming resources.
• Not an Employee or Associate: Employees, contractors, directors, and immediate family members of lim4d or its software providers are not eligible to hold a Member account or participate in real-money gaming on the platform.

To access real-money gaming on lim4d, you must complete the registration process and create a Member account. By submitting your registration details, you represent and warrant that all information provided is accurate, complete, and up to date.

• Registration Information: You are required to provide a valid username, a secure password, your full legal name, date of birth, a valid email address, and a mobile number registered in Indonesia. All fields must reflect your genuine personal information.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. lim4d will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify our support team immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your account has been compromised.
• KYC Verification: lim4d may at any time, and will before processing a withdrawal above specified thresholds, require you to complete identity verification (KYC). Required documents typically include a government-issued photo ID (Indonesian KTP or passport) and proof of the payment method used for deposits. lim4d reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing until KYC is satisfactorily completed.
• Accurate Information: Providing false, misleading, or third-party personal information during registration or KYC is grounds for immediate permanent account closure and forfeiture of any wallet balance, subject to applicable law.
• Account Currency: All lim4d accounts are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Deposits, wagers, winnings, bonuses, and withdrawals are all processed and displayed in IDR.

lim4d supports deposits and withdrawals exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) via the payment methods listed on the platform at the time of your transaction. Currently supported methods include bank transfers via BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, and Bank Permata, as well as e-wallets OVO, DANA, GoPay, and ShopeePay.

• Deposit Processing: Deposits are credited to your lim4d wallet promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider, typically within 60 seconds for e-wallet transactions and within a short window for bank transfers. lim4d charges no platform fee on deposits; your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own charges.
• Minimum & Maximum Deposits: Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed at the time of transaction and may vary by payment method. lim4d reserves the right to adjust these limits at its discretion with reasonable notice.
• Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever technically possible. Processing times are typically under 15 minutes for verified accounts. lim4d charges no platform fee on withdrawals.
• Withdrawal Requirements: Before a withdrawal is processed, you must (a) have completed KYC verification, (b) have met any applicable bonus wagering requirements in full (see Section 5), and (c) have deposited at least once using real funds. lim4d reserves the right to request additional verification documentation for withdrawals above specified thresholds.
• Payment Method Matching: For fraud prevention and anti-money-laundering compliance, withdrawals must be directed to a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• Transaction Disputes: If you believe a deposit has not been credited or a withdrawal has not been received within the expected timeframe, you must contact our support team within 30 days of the transaction date. lim4d will not be liable for transaction disputes raised outside this window.

lim4d offers a range of promotions to eligible Members, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, cashback offers, free spin rewards, referral bonuses, and seasonal promotions tied to Indonesian cultural events such as Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, and Independence Day. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms communicated at the time the promotion is offered.

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement, which specifies the total bet volume that must be completed before bonus-derived winnings may be converted to withdrawable funds. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated clearly on each promotion's detail page. Typical wagering requirements on lim4d range from 20x to 40x the bonus amount.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino table games, Domino QQ, and sportsbook bets may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all, as specified per promotion.
• Bonus Expiry: Bonus funds and associated wagering requirements must be met within the validity period stated on the promotion — typically between 7 and 30 days from the date the bonus is credited. Unused bonus funds and any associated winnings will be forfeited upon expiry.
• One Bonus at a Time: Members may hold only one active bonus at a time unless a promotion explicitly permits stacking. Attempting to claim multiple simultaneous bonuses not permitted under a promotion's terms will result in the forfeiture of the later bonus.
• Maximum Withdrawal from Bonus: Certain promotions cap the maximum amount withdrawable from bonus-derived winnings. Where such a cap applies, it will be stated clearly in the promotion's terms. Any amount above the cap will be removed from the wallet prior to withdrawal processing.
• Abuse & Fraud: lim4d employs automated and manual monitoring to detect bonus abuse, including coordinated multi-account bonus farming, matched betting strategies designed to exploit promotional offers, and the use of third-party software to gain an unfair advantage. Where abuse is detected, lim4d reserves the right to void all bonus funds, reverse any bonus-derived winnings, and permanently close the account.
• Right to Withdraw Promotions: lim4d reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is withdrawn while a Member has an active qualifying deposit or wagering progress, lim4d will act reasonably to protect that Member's legitimate interest.

lim4d's game catalogue spans slots from providers including Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Pocket Games Soft, and Hacksaw Gaming; live casino games powered by Evolution Gaming and Pragmatic Play Live; a sportsbook covering BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Champions League, FIFA World Cup, AFF Cup (Piala AFF), and major international tournaments; togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draws; and Domino QQ card rooms. • Mix Parlay & Voor Bola: Mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) and voor bola (Asian handicap) markets are offered on the sportsbook subject to minimum odds, maximum payout caps, and leg-count restrictions as displayed in the bet slip at the time of placement. All individual legs of a mix parlay must win for the accumulator to return a payout; a single void leg will reduce the accumulator accordingly.
• Minimum & Maximum Wager Limits: Each game and market has its own minimum and maximum stake, displayed within the game interface or betting market. lim4d reserves the right to adjust stake limits on individual accounts if irregular wagering patterns are detected.
• Disconnection Policy: If a Member is disconnected from the platform during an active game round due to technical failure, the round will be settled according to its natural outcome once connectivity is restored. lim4d will not reverse settled rounds on the basis of connectivity issues outside its reasonable control.
• Malfunction Policy: In the event of a software malfunction or error that affects game availability or displays incorrect information, lim4d reserves the right to void any affected bets and refund stakes to the Member's wallet. Winnings generated as a direct result of a confirmed software error are not valid and will not be paid.

lim4d is committed to providing a safe, controlled, and enjoyable gaming environment. We recognise that for a small proportion of players, gambling can become a problem. lim4d's responsible gaming programme is integrated at the product level so that every Member has direct access to protective tools from within their account dashboard — no support request required.

• Minimum Age (21+): lim4d strictly enforces a minimum age of 21 years. All accounts undergo age verification, and lim4d reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time.
• Deposit Limits: Members may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from the account settings page. A deposit limit takes effect immediately when set and may only be decreased immediately. Requests to increase a deposit limit are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period before taking effect.
• Session Time Limits & Reminders: Members may configure session duration reminders that trigger a notification after a specified period of continuous play. lim4d recommends taking regular breaks and never chasing losses.
• Self-Exclusion: Any Member who wishes to take a break from gambling may request a self-exclusion period of 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 1 year, or permanently through the account settings or by contacting support. During a self-exclusion period, the account is locked and cannot be reopened until the exclusion period expires.
• Reality Checks: The platform displays net session win/loss figures at regular intervals to help Members maintain awareness of their gambling activity.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on lim4d and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and where appropriate referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account, whether under your own details or those of any other person.
• Providing false, misleading, or stolen personal information during registration, KYC, or any other interaction with lim4d.
• Using the platform for any money-laundering activity, including structured deposits designed to obscure the source of funds.
• Employing any automated tool, bot, script, scraper, or artificial intelligence to interact with the platform or to gain any advantage over other players or over lim4d.
• Exploiting software errors, game glitches, or platform vulnerabilities. Any winnings generated through exploitation of a known or unknown error are not valid and will be reversed.
• Engaging in collusion with other Members on the platform, including in Domino QQ rooms or any other multiplayer game format.
• Attempting to circumvent responsible gaming tools, including self-exclusion restrictions, by registering a new account or using a third party's account.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing any lim4d staff member or other Member in any communication channel.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to any component of the lim4d platform or its underlying infrastructure.

All content on the lim4d platform — including but not limited to the lim4d name, logo, trademarks, game graphics, software, source code, design elements, written content, and data compilations — is the proprietary property of lim4d or its licensed third-party providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal recreational purposes. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, redistribute, sublicense, modify, publicly display, or commercially exploit any part of the lim4d platform or its content without prior written consent from lim4d.

Game content, including artwork, soundtracks, and mechanics, remains the intellectual property of the respective software provider (e.g., Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming) and is used by lim4d under licence. Any unauthorised reproduction of such content may constitute infringement of third-party intellectual property rights.

lim4d collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is published at /privacy-policy and forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

lim4d will never sell your personal data to unaffiliated third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with payment processors (e.g., BCA, BRI, OVO, GoPay), identity verification providers, fraud-detection services, and gaming software providers strictly as necessary to operate the platform and comply with applicable legal obligations.

Members have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal data, subject to lim4d's legal obligations to retain certain records (including transaction history) for anti-money-laundering compliance purposes.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, lim4d's total liability to any Member arising out of or in connection with their use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, statute, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

• lim4d does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform and shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from temporary unavailability due to scheduled maintenance, technical failure, or events of Force Majeure.
• lim4d is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, even if lim4d has been advised of the possibility of such losses.
• lim4d is not liable for any loss arising from a Member's failure to comply with these Terms & Conditions, including losses arising from account suspension resulting from a breach by the Member.
• lim4d does not warrant that any particular game will be available at any particular time, and reserves the right to withdraw or modify any game in its catalogue without prior notice.

Either party may terminate a Member account, subject to the following conditions:

• Voluntary Closure by Member: A Member may request account closure at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Upon closure, any remaining real-money wallet balance (after deduction of any non-withdrawable bonus funds) will be returned to the Member's verified payment method, subject to standard KYC requirements and the settlement of any pending wagers.
• Closure by lim4d for Cause: lim4d may suspend or permanently close any account immediately and without prior notice upon discovery of a breach of these Terms & Conditions, including but not limited to fraudulent activity, multi-accounting, bonus abuse, or prohibited conduct as defined in Section 8. Where closure is for cause, lim4d reserves the right to forfeit the wallet balance in accordance with its anti-fraud and anti-money-laundering policies.
• Closure by lim4d for Regulatory Reasons: lim4d may close or restrict any account in response to a regulatory direction, court order, or law enforcement request. In such cases, lim4d will comply with applicable legal requirements and will communicate with the affected Member to the extent permitted by law.
• Effect of Termination: Upon termination, your licence to use the platform is immediately revoked. Transaction history, account records, and KYC documentation will be retained in accordance with lim4d's data retention obligations under applicable anti-money-laundering law, typically for a minimum of five years.

lim4d operates as a Licensed and Regulated International Platform. These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which lim4d holds its international gaming licence.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions that cannot be resolved through lim4d's internal complaints procedure shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of lim4d's licensing jurisdiction, save that lim4d reserves the right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or prevent ongoing harm.

Indonesian consumer protection law may apply to Indonesian residents to the extent that such law cannot be excluded by contract. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to limit any rights you may have under mandatory applicable Indonesian law.

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

lim4d reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes — including changes to eligibility requirements, bonus terms, withdrawal conditions, or prohibited conduct definitions — will be communicated to Members via a platform notification or email to the registered address at least 7 days before taking effect.

Non-material changes, such as typographical corrections, clarifications that do not alter the substantive meaning of a clause, or changes required for immediate legal compliance, may take effect without advance notice.

Your continued use of lim4d following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept an amendment, you must close your account before the amendment takes effect by contacting support at [email protected].

The version date at the top of this document reflects the date of the most recent substantive revision. All previous versions are superseded upon the publication of an updated version.
